A woman has faced court charged with murder after allegedly running down her partner in a suspected domestic dispute in a Melbourne car park.
Police allege father-of-two Richie Powell, 32, was run over by a car being driven by his partner Jessie Donker, 29, in a car park on Stewarts Lane, Sunshine, about 6.15am yesterday.

Emergency services were called to the scene, but Mr Powell could not be revived.
A short time later, Ms Donker was arrested and charged with murder.

Today, she appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court with a black eye. 
The court heard that investigators had obtained CCTV of the incident, which will undergo forensic analysis.
Ms Donker did not apply for bail and is expected to face court again on June 5. 
9NEWS has been told the couple were together for almost nine years, and had been living out of a car.
Floral tributes for Mr Powell and graffiti messages were today left at the car park.
Earlier, police found what they believe to be some of Mr Powell’s belongings “in the vicinity of the scene”.
A second crime scene was also established after a station wagon, believed to belong Ms Donker, was found at nearby Balmoral Circuit.
The vehicle has been seized and will be forensically examined.
