An unlicensed driver travelling with a three-year-old child has been caught driving with a blood alcohol reading more than four times the legal limit in Melbourne.
The car, a Holden sedan, was pulled over in Carrum Downs on Friday afternoon, police said.
The driver, a 42-year-old Skye man, tested positive to alcohol and was taken to a police station, where he allegedly blew .229.
He was charged with drink-driving and unlicensed driving.
