Police say a woman who accepted a lift from two strangers was sexually assaulted and then dumped near a train station in Sydney's west on Saturday night.
The 18-year-old was waiting for a bus on Blaxcell Street at Granville at 7pm, when a dark blue sedan pulled up.
Police said the two men inside then offered the woman a lift. She initially refused, but changed her mind and eventually got in.
She told police she was driven to a place near Clyde Railway Station where she was sexually assaulted, before being left at the railway station.
She was taken to Westmead Hospital for treatment.
Police are asking for anyone who saw a dark blue sedan driving in the Clyde or Granville areas last night to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
